great, i try to stay away from the market during news. it never works for me, too much fear and emotions

that is good way to secure equity, but i try to trade every news, even if it's volatile, as i improve my trading this way :p.....I was also planning to trade USD/CAD + NZD/USD that day, was thinking about using a pending short at 1.2340, but i feared that due to spike slippage caused by brokers to stop people out, i didn't trade that pair, also i early was trying to buy nzd/usd, but my stop hit in that trade before the news :p....But made a recovery in USD/JPY after Yellen spoke :)
