Sometimes, the Moves themselves "Make "SENSE."
Mostly, they are NOT Making Sense.
"They" also manipulate the DXY also, so when you watch closely, it SEEMS Plausible.
For the USD, FOMC (the FED) for the desired "Wealth Effect" (To alter reality and make it APPEAR that America is 1)DOING JUST GREAT, and 2)IN RECOVERY. In USA, WE ARE *NOT* doing great at all. The visual EFFECT however, is LOOKING LIKE WE ARE. FOMC has been "Threatening To" raise Interest Rates 3 or 4 times each year.. FAKE OUT!! More Accurately, they are "LYING WITH A STRAIGHT-FACE" while Looking Right AT You!! Like Trump does!! This is, in Psychological terms called, "PSYCHOPATHIC Behavior." More Soon... RJ
