Let's see step by step. Oil for last 3 month raised up by 24%.

What is about the same period or Russian Rubble? It has been depreciated by 10-15% :)

It means that sometimes, there is some relation between Russian economics, Russian Central Banks, speculators, etc AND the Oil prices. But sometimes there is clearly no relation as for last 3 months.
