the rate is trapped in a jam...think it will needs three more weeks to get out of there and make a hit above the 2.0

I HAVE CLOSED THIS ONE BECAUSE I MADE AN OTHER CHART WHICH IS BETTER (MORE BUT ITS THE SAME)
