@Sir_Marz, The OIL Industry it does decisions independently and that are countries that plays major role in OPEC Organisations, then U.S Tensions are politically not motivated to affect the most prominent countries that contribute in OIL industry to make decisions, such countries are IRAQ, SAUDI ARABIA e.t.c and when they cut production or maintain it, they are the once playing major role in OIL industry and there others just research about other countries.
