Yep and silver is correlated to follow the direction of oil over the long-term, maybe that multi decade cup and handle formation in silver will break over the next 3-5 years, who knows, a nice downward crack in the US dollar would be helpful, US institutes trade wars it would give China and Russia the excuse to go after the dollar, all depends whether they have loaded up on enough cheap gold, seeing as they keep buys of gold secret we can only guess, fun and games coming up for sure
