ES - opened below VAL, look to sell rallies, ideally from VAL and POC

GC - opened above VAH, look to buy dips, ideally from VAH and POC

CL - opened inside value area, expect rangey action

Comment:

tried and failed a /CL short at VAH - ended up covering for small loss

ES short is tempting but may be wise to wait until after lunch

/GC unconfirmed buy signal off VAH ... I'll probably take a shot at it

gold long ended up being my best trade of day, stopped out now

missed opportunities with oil ... need to work on adjusting my bias intraday and taking advantage of breakouts from range
