Is oil price indeed static when measured in Ruble?

Boris Nemtsov suggested that barrel of URALS oil always costs about 3620. As we can see on this chart, thanks to TradingView's charting of composites, it was quite true until recent intervention. If to ignore WTI/Urals difference, we can chart "oilish ruble" price - and see, RUBUSD should be 72 now. Let's see what will happen when Russian market will open on 12th. Although, there's no way to make bets - economics doesn't apply to Rub anymore.
