I feel like this current channel is filling the gaps. As we complete that process, we'll try the top end again.
Oil is tricky. You can't predict oil on technicals alone, there is so much politics involved. We've got China and India actively attempting to surpress oil prices by selling reserves. This is of course a strategy that only lasts as long as their reserves do.. but it creates quite the distortion on the technicals.
