Its too early to say that oil is bottoming from a price action point of view. From the fundamental side, the cost of production is going to make further downside unsustainable as defaults and cuts to production will naturally stabilize it. To me, this is a good price to enter with a long term outlook, and I do not mind buying more if it does go lower.
