@jkaly, In wolfe wave formation, When it achieve its target, it generally move impulsively and Impulsive waves are generally Elliot 3rd waves. it is little complicated to understand but that is how it is. Remember one thing is that, any uptrend must get stopped and will start moving downside. More profitable trader is who can identify its peak and enter close to peak (No one can buy at bottom and sell at peak!). Wolfe wave is one of the best tool to identify peak and have excellent possibility of opportunity to enter trade close to its peak levels.
