UTKUSDT, Cup & Handle in the making?

Hi Community!
I am new and just approaching TA and chart analysis, patterns, and this whole fascinating world.

Here is my take, if the Cup & Handle is confirmed and breakout at 0.1465:

• TP1: 0.1608
  
• TP2: 0.171
  
• TP3: 0.18
  

Is it too early to say that a Cup & Handle pattern is forming? What other indicators do you use - if any - to confirm it?

We already touched TP1.
Chart looks good on the hourly timeframe where the price finds support on both the EMA50 and EMA 200. TP2 should be next.
