Many argue that the markets are simply randomized chaos.
I argue, that the markets are controlled chaos.

So lets break down H:1 into two parts.

This has many implications if we are to accept the first premise.
Controlled chaos: lets begin by saying I have seen a variety of % about how algorithmic the market has become over the decades. The progression of algorithm design and its ability to categorically retain and recall input:output entropy, has changed how we have lived.
But in that development, so too did it become a hot area for advancement. How advanced have algorithms become?
Who knows.
But I sure do know. That these algorithms will continue to change how I have lived personally. From day to day.
Capitalism: How we thrive on data collection, categorizing, and re-marketing that data to persuade and influence. That is psychological and very human. Psychological persuasion is important. A human requirement. Persuasion of self, and persuasion of other. Validation of self thru persuasion by control of other. Human. Core and rooted in human behavior of wants and needs. Too succeed and accumulate. Control. These are powerful premises to human psychoanalytics. Both at a micro and macro level depth we can begin to complete a picture.
Social media... The infamous echo-halls of scroll land. Where we spend numerous hours a day, every single day scrolling whichever media we desire. We can saturate our wants with all the data we can consume. We are the inputs and outputs of the entropy of social media. The fabric of electric based emotional information transfer.
Artificial intelligence is born. Teaching a machine to feel. based on human emotions. The entirety of human emotion can be found on the internet.
The entropy of humans.
What about the finance world?
The input and output here is money and assets + a whole lot of human emotion.
What controls input and output once money and assets act as a vehicle for their containment? What controls the input and output of emotion once it becomes the driving force behind a vehicle? Surely, you can think of many examples.
As one accumulates weight and mass of the vehicle, the increase in probability of volatility increases. But what is volatility as it pertains to controlled chaos?
Well in 2022. algorithms seem to have the upper hand. algorithm influences has wooed us into a state of mass confusion. Misinformation. The era of fact based opinion. Subjective royalty. Those whos opinions hold more weight over the other.
Whos algorithms though? Well.. Everyone's algorithms who takes part in the ecosystem. But not every algorithm is the same, a hierarchy has formed just as in life. The machine world is dominated by those with the ability to develop and pursue such endeavors. When emotion bleeds into algorithmic application, it can be seen by those who look close enough.
This is chaos. Uncertainty. Unknowns. Can Nots. Will Nots. Should Nots rendered between what is and what was, is now. Machine or human? I ask you.. can you differentiate the order book between what is human and what is algorithm?
One's natural human tendency is to control chaos, to stabilize our potential for survival.
Controlled chaos has made life, convenient for many. Its extreme power of compression and extreme oppression brings us to the cusp of the next industrial revolution.

It is a derivative of VIX, as so claimed by the prospectus. Ok. I can accept this.
What does this derivative do though? Its a mathematical formulation between SPX VIX and currency swaps. It is my belief that the energy is folded. This allows control of weights in a weight balanced entropy.
Look at the 5 year chart of UVXY and then look at VIX.. Fractalized Compression, that's what I see. Just different forms of it.
All those folds.. All that energy compressed.. Where to go with it..

The force of observation is the accelerant to the perception. All these charts are subjective observation, thus the dynamic nature of subjective perception is a constant.
If the subjective perception is a constant, our premise and our introspection of it I, is its rotation. This rotation of the introspection produces the volatility of intent.

These opinions are simply that of a critical thinker. I push for a equilibrium of control of self and become lapsed in the rotation. Trying to control it, I become hypnotized by the I of the moment. I like to trade so if you let go of trying to control the rotation, you find yourself in full control of the self. Thus emotion becomes a strength. And using emotion for trading is the biggest advantage you have against A.I and algorithm networks.
We must break that and see beyond the I and let the self become chaos. Because only under chaos does order occur. Not the type of chaos you perceive of me, but the chaos you perceive within you.
