Incorporated in FY03, VIL commenced its operations in FY04 by Mr. Ravi Vaswani and Mr. Yashwant Vaswani. The operations are currently led by Mr. Yashwant Vaswani.
Product Profile: a) Forging Ingots & Billets:[2] MS Alloy Ingots (Forging Quality) of different EN grades and sizes as per customer demands b) Sponge Iron:[3] Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) is used in iron and steel industry as a substitute for scrap in induction and electrical arc furnaces c) Power:[4] Electricity Generated in the captive power plant is used by the steel Melting shop
