This is a sign of ALTs to go up against BTC and hence the BTC dominance chart bearish nature.
As per my commentary, we could break this decisively and have a roughback test on the trend line and maybe not. The entry will be difficult to find but one thing for sure, if and when it breaks this level, there is a lot to gain.
