But what we are seeing now is merely retail investors buying it in anticipation of the big move after the potential settlement, making it "buy the rumor, sell the fact". In addition to that, XRP has failed to make a new ATH in the latest bull cycle (even though all other cryptocurrencies were doing great); further, low volume is reflective of low interest in this coin (among new investors), presenting a hurdle for the primary trend to reverse. I suppose there is no need to go through macroeconomic factors, which are obviously bearish. Or do you just simply disregard those and want to make a bet that XRP will be a unicorn asset rising despite everything else falling? Because I hardly doubt that.
