VIA EMA flip Long

VIA has had some stability being rejected by the 99 EMA. It has just recently pushed through the 99 and will have a 55/99 flip soon. There should be a positive reaction to that.

4% push through the 99 but failed to maintain momentum. EMA's are still flat, bounce off 300 maybe.
