Thank you Sir! I agree with you, it's a very good chance for long term buying indexes, miners, industries, materials sectors, etc. If VIX is putting down then the DXY will be putting down soon. In fact, I prefer precious metals more than stocks. This moving cycle could be like 2009-2011 that it's the third phase of ML investment clock "over heat" phase.
