Has held up recently, but looks to have formed a bear flag. Lower bolli opening. Implies equities have more upside in near-term. 36 has acted as resistance the past month
After taking out yesterday's low (27.17) but holding above Mondays low(26.87) it traded down to 26.98 then bounced already up .75 from there in less than 30 minutes though stocks are only marginally lower than where they were when the VIX made it's low today. It seems that it's on it's own time table basically the ending of seasonal factors. We're still above Monday's low and the post 3/17 highs down to corrective low at 24.92 on 7/6. I'm doubtful the low of 7/6 will be taken out after the NDX buying climax on 7/13.

Today is also last day of VIX weakness in seasonality, and last day of seasonal strength in NDX. We'll see how much longer this weakness lasts past today.
