@olivv, I thought the gap is not filled. Also even so the VIX futures seem to suggest VXX/UVXY won't go up for long?

@nlycmu1104, I use the vix as an indicator - when volatility is low and I see market (spy and qqq) making new highs every day - it's a warning sign - i bough some VXX calls today (Hedging portfolio)

@olivv, thanks, other than looking at the headline contango, I factored in the decay factor and composition of VIX 30 and it seems VIX/UVXY is still more than a few days to go down the south. I have to say tho it's really weird.I was hesitant to buy call but that just me.
