Timing is extremely important with VIX/VXX/TVIX/UVXY trades. My best guess currently is that we will hit volatility peak around July 6th and market lows around July 15th. Good luck all!

I strongly disagree with your timing, but agree with the logic. I also predicted the massive VIX spike up to 85 but was caught off guard with the subsequent retreat to lows. I believe VIX will drop back to 27 range in the next month before the real rocket that you are claiming to 85+ happens. GL and keep up the good work!
@supere, I am planning to draft a post sometime over the weekend/next week. But i believe in momentum/volume of VIX. VX volume should be significant consistently in a strong move up leading to the euphoric selling volume at the top. I interpret the last spike as the "warning". I believe we will drop to fill the gap in the next month before beginning the real move. This action is extremely similar when compared to the January warning pop, that preceded the February crash.

@JGM0706, thanks man :). I don’t trade UVXY only VIX and silver. I see VIX going to either 35 or 85 short term depending on what levels break. I agree with supere for a target of 150-200 but I think that happens in October. Sorry I don’t really post here. I post on reddit mostly under my username scarvesandsuspenders. Hello again Supere. Curious as to what you see. I think VIX over 150 but not until October... However I do have some positions in place. This is still the timing issue i continue to argue. I dont see enough VX volume to cause concern yet and we are too distant from daily cloud on ichi. If anything i see a runnup to 35 and more consolidation. Good Luck!
