Corporate-Buy Back season. Wait till the Fed hikes in April, we will start seeing the ground shake. Housing. Autos. They're all going to get hit.

@WorldEconomics, I'm already seeing raised fear in the housing market. Have you noticed just how many more for sale signs are out. Finally, some inventory. Yes, I'm feeling a 2008 kind of vibe and housing is going to get rocked. (and it really needs to...)

@LadyAmalthea12, - I saw a HUGE difference in Redfin/Zillow listings in 2021vs now. The maps are filled with houses for sale. I suspect many homes are people who are buying and flipping. I've seen houses get bought, get painted, and put back on the market for tens of thousands more. This is very reminiscent of 2008 Housing Bubble.
