VIX Compression waiting to Explode to 20s and possibly 40s.

On the 6th of May, VIX spiked to 23.4, followed by a spike to 20 on the week of the 29th of July and finally a spike to 24.8 on the week of the 5th of August.
VIX is showing every indication of spiking higher in the weeks of August and early September.
