VKTX traded on January 19, an expiration date, at $21.71, so the premium paid for the calls surged from $1.80 to $10.71, yielding a fantastic 5.95X gain! It went even higher intraday. Eventually, the stock reached $99.41 on February 28, resulting in a 10X gain in the stock value!
