Interesting stock chart, VLDR makes sensors for automotive and AI industries and they are quite successful at it , they have Hyundai, Nikon and Ford as significant investors and I think that means a lot of potential for their sales figures into the future.
Earnings are on Nov 5th and I expect that there will be a steady rise up to end of Oct. I think a target price of 20 might be achievable but I am setting a price target of 18.5 which is a 10% increase. Bullish target is about 23%.

Although it did reach my 10% target it has dropped significantly since then, possibly it is a buy at this point as it is an area of support previously but you would have to watch the price action/direction carefully on it before making a decision
