Description

LSE:VRE - clear indication that VR Technology is set for orbit

LSE:VRE joined the AIM market in March 2018.

After a brief 3 month run upwards the downward pressure began, with a clear breakout signal (with volume) from the descending wedge on 21st October. The retrace is just about over, and we may range from 6.5 to 8 for a while, but this won't last for long as supply is limited to under 200 million total shares.

Recent news on 20th December 2019 about their renewed trial partnership with the USA Space Centre for another year with their Apollo 11 experience - Now a proven commercial venture and income secured with a firm 12 month deal.

Space Shuttle experience partnership with Play Station and 5G Qualcomm Snapdragon Mobile VR Platform set for launch mid 2020 with Deutsche Telekom, and it's not hard to figure where this ground breaking company is heading.

The irony of their Virtual Space tours, soon to be eclipsed by their own 'Rocket - when moon?' journey won't be lost on early investors.

A simple retrace to .5 FIB sees an easy Risk:Reward ratio of 5.28 and a comfortable stop loss on the support line - but as momentum builds, the sky really is the limit !!

The Company name hints at potential future growth too - not just entertainment, but with global demand for Virtual Education growing year on year, could VR be the classroom of the future.

Comment

Closed out 25% today @19.2p as the move up on 18th May was too strong to close at target of 15.68.
Ladders set for the retrace - but given all the COVID lockdowns, the need for 'Virtual Entertainment and Virtual Education & Virtual Conferencing (plus their new partnership with HTC) - happy to let the rest run, even if it pauses here for a breather or retraces a bit.
There are just too few shares in circulation and too much continuous good news to cash out completely.

Trade active

New target set for scaling out 68p & 84p.... but by the time we get there I might just decide to scalp the top for a 15 - 20% dip
