There has been very little price action since the dip in December, it could be that people are accumulating right now since it's quite cheap. Volume is lower than it was in November, and it has been steady for a while. It's bound to rise at one point. MACD and RSI seem to be recovering which is a good sign. There is also a symmetrical triangle here which is gonna breakout soon.
On the other hand I don't like how the ichimoku cloud is looking: bearish TK-cross in the cloud and it left the kumo cloud which are both bearish signals.
There is going to be a december surprise on the 31st though so that may boost the price and be the catalyst for a bullrun.
Overall I'm more bullish on vertcoin than bearish.
Anyway, I bought VertCoin and just going to hold. I think it can break out to the upside... I've been trading too much so I will park it here and take some time off from trading to recharge and study.

@mightytrader, sorry man I don't know enough about the weedcoins to give you advice on what the best coin is to serve the marihuana industry but I do think vertcoin has a bright future. Thanks for your comments and have fun in your break! Trading too much is almost never a good idea because it's a lot more stressful keeping up with your trades.

@cryptoniter, For sure; very stressful! Thanks for your input! I don't smoke weed, but I know January fill be filled with marijuana news. ;) It's just confusing which coin, so I will trade some of the volatility with a small amount. But I'm staying parked in VTC for now. ;)

You think VertCoin can serve the marijuana industry? I'm looking for a coin to invest for January that can serve the Marijuana but I don't trust PotCoin so much. But VertCoin... like Verte for "green" in latin-based languages. ;)

@mightytrader, I doubt that it can. Their goal isn't to serve the marihuana industry but rather to be a better version of bitcoin. I haven't really followed coins that want to serve the marihuana industry but there are many of them I believe. Think about potcoin, cannabiscoin, dopecoin and hempcoin. I don't know which of these is the best but you might wanna look for yourself. Why don't you trust potcoin?

@cryptoniter, Not that I think they are scammers or anything like that. I think it could just be a novelty. This is what I told someone else, just a few moments ago:
I don't trust PotCoin in that I don't think it's that special of a coin and I think Snoop Dog and Dennis Rodman are already priced-in. I could be wrong but I'd rather reduce my risk from what I know and I know VertCoin has solid fundamentals. PLUS there's these other marijuana coins that PotCoin has to compete with like THCBTC.
