Vaxil Bio is one of the few companies named on the WHO Coronavirus Vaccine Developers list and was recently part of the meeting at the White House. It is also mentioned in multiple scientific/news articles in Canada/US/EU. There's talk of multi-million $$ grants currently being allocated to various vaccine makers/researchers and Vaxil is being mentioned. Google "Analysis: The European Fight Against The COVID-19 Coronavirus" for an example.
