I seriously think that these 'pandemic caused' beaten down REITs like WPG, IVR, NYMT should and will regenerate sooner or later (whatever, time not important in this regard) if they don't go completely bankrupt and out of business forever. What other option there is in Your opinion? As if they stayed in these low price levels and back in "normal" business with revenue and profits almost like before, then they would be the best dividend investments out there, still. So, either _death and bankruptcy_ or great investment opportunities during this crazy stock market that we see these days. Hence, the "bagholder" term just doesn't apply to them in my opinion (I mean at least I hope) :D
