What about the obvious bullish divergence, the rate of selling is slowing its clear on your chart on the right?

@RobGood, Yes, that's why i'm suggesting it will not go all the way to bottom and not break 10; 11 is a possible entry. In the similar situation it continued falling to .23 so I don't see why you wouldn't expect it here. .23 is at 10.9 or so. Personally i have a long in X by would like to see 11 again to add.
