In 1980 the price of silver peaked at around 50 per ounce. 7 years later the price found a temporary bottom and rose about 75% from the low to its new high. In 2011 silver peaked at about 50 per ounce. 7 years later (where we presently are) silver may have printed a firm temporary bottom. I am not implying that same 75% move is in store for silver, but for now, the cycle is siding with the bulls.
