@MQP, To change 1720 minimum it HAS TO HOLD 1850-1860 for 2 more weeks, and it's still 1832 last time I checked.

@ralphkaz, Go to #004-9 and #004-10, you can see that they are "late" on the spike. In both of those charts, the next move down is 1787. Since it's late, it can't survive the swing down.
