GOLD Price Update – Clean & Clear Explanation

9 940
Gold is currently facing short-term selling pressure after rejecting from the resistance zone, where sellers regained control and pushed prices lower. The recent decline appears to be driven by profit-taking, stronger U.S. Dollar sentiment, and cautious positioning ahead of key U.S. economic data and Federal Reserve expectations.

Technically, price is approaching a key support and demand zone around 4,000–4,010, which also aligns with the chart's Quick Reversal Zone. This area could attract fresh buyers if bullish price action confirms a rebound. As long as this support remains intact, gold still has the potential to recover toward 4,060, 4,080, and eventually 4,120.

However, if sellers manage to break and close below the 3,990–4,000 support area, bearish momentum could strengthen, opening the way for a deeper correction before buyers return.

Overall, the broader outlook remains cautiously bullish while price holds above major support, but traders should closely monitor upcoming U.S. economic releases, Federal Reserve commentary, Treasury yields, and any geopolitical developments, as these factors are likely to determine gold's next major move.
