Lower Timeframe. I would go to 15min or 5min and wait for Impulse and Structure break. Then I can get in on a small retrace of the impulse move.

Whats a LTF? Are there any other factors (correlations, news etc) you used to determine strength for gold? I would appreciate your feedback.
