Now we can see that price broke a strong TL and strong resistance, we can see that price has broke this resistance and has come down and now tested it as support.
With the break of the trendline and resistance we can only see bullish movement from here as this is a strong signal, also look at the current candle that is forming it has a largish lower shadow that has spiked through our now support level, this indicated the bulls ( buyers ) are stronger than the bears ( sellers )
We might get a retest of our new support so keep this in mind before entering and crying like a baby if it re tests support and you loose your house because you were too impatient.
