IS GOLD NOT SO STRONG ? OR BULLS ARE SCARED? TARGET HIT!!

FOREXCOM:XAUUSD   Gold Spot / U.S. Dollar
While most people called bullrun, we called short.

Because, of the Trade War between China and USA, there was a misconception that Gold would skyrocket.

Why did it not happen?

So, gold is not valuable as it used to be, or big investors are afraid of going long?

An Asset value depends on demand, and the most important industrial use of gold is in the manufacture of electronics.

Trade War resulted in less computers and cellphones, what reduces demand on GOLD .

So, even though gold is a type of currency, that investors look for when Stock Market is very volatile, DEMAND has the main intrinsic value of it.

Our Moving Water algorithm can see how high or how low is a demand, and how far bulls or bear are willing to go, because it is not based on geometric figures, and rigid analysis.

Moving Water is like the water and adapts its parameters to find out what is really happening in the market, deep inside.

So, that is why our TARGET is hit: U$ 1,470.

Thanks for following and Trusting.

@sukui, is a technical analysis not based on rigid geographic formation, but on the market move, following its natural flow of ask and bid.
