GOLD H6 Institutional Liquidity Levels Bulls/Bears

1 278
▪️ My read: The upside liquidity grab already happened. Gold ran into the 4,647–4,720 bear-cluster stops in late August, got rejected hard, and has since rotated roughly 330 pts down to 4,348.90 — now pinned just under a thin ★ 4.7/10 WEAK lid at 4,357.41 to 4,426.92. Overhead supply is stacked and heavy again: a real ★★★ 7.8/10 STRONG wall at 4,472.39 to 4,515 is the line that actually matters, and it caps any bounce.

▪️Below, the standout structure is the ★★★★ 8.3/10 VERY STRONG SUPPORT at 4,241.88 to 4,275 — 12 retests, the nearest high-value demand and the primary reversal-long. Base case: any relief pop into the 4.7 lid or the 7.8 wall is a lower high to fade unless price reclaims and holds above 4,515; the dominant path is a grind down into 4,241–4,275 for the reaction long, with the POWER 8/10 bull clusters at 4,096–4,125 and 3,945–3,985 as deeper magnets if it fails. Reclaim and hold 4,515 flips bias back bullish toward 4,646.75 and the highs. The Fed (Wed) is the wildcard that decides which side runs. Edges pay, the middle chops.

▪️ XAUUSD is trading near 4,349, off the ~4,700 August peak and mid-correction after a ~2% down week. Price is coiled just under a ★ 4.7/10 WEAK RESISTANCE · 26 retests at 4,357.41 to 4,426.92, with a near-term pivot at 4,357.41 sitting right on top of spot. Above that, the heavy cap is a ★★★ 7.8/10 STRONG RESISTANCE · 14 retests at 4,472.39 to 4,515, then a Bear Liquidity Cluster [POWER 6/10 · 5.31% · 2265 pips] at 4,555 to 4,595, a ★ 4.5/10 WEAK RESISTANCE · 14 retests around 4,646.75, and the Bear Liquidity Cluster [POWER 7/10 · 8.06% · 3507 pips] at 4,675 to 4,720 that rejected price last week. Below, the floor is loaded: a ★★★★ 8.3/10 VERY STRONG SUPPORT · 12 retests at 4,241.88 to 4,275 anchors the nearest demand, with a Bull Liquidity Cluster [POWER 8/10 · 5.58% · 2429 pips] overlapping a ★★ 6.7/10 MODERATE SUPPORT · 18 retests at 4,096.20 to 4,125, then a ★★ 6.8/10 MODERATE SUPPORT · 16 retests near 3,985 to 4,025, and a POWER 8/10 · 8.75% bull cluster at 3,945 to 3,985. Supply above is stacked, demand below is heavier.

▪️ Primary outlook: fade the bounce, favor the rotation into demand. The yellow paths run price up through the 4.7 lid toward the 7.8 STRONG wall at 4,472–4,515 and, on strength, the 4,646.75 liquidity — a relief pop to fill the selloff and run stops before turning. The red paths are the dominant leg: reject the resistance stack, print a lower high, and roll down into the 8.3/10 VERY STRONG SUPPORT at 4,241.88 to 4,275 where the high-value long sits, with 4,311.68 as the first waypoint. Lose 4,241 and the POWER 8/10 clusters below become the magnets.

🔴 CEILING · overhead supply and sell-side liquidity ▪️ 4,357.41 to 4,426.92 · ★ 4.7/10 WEAK RESISTANCE · 26 retests · immediate lid, price pinned just under it · roughly +9 to +78 pts ▪️ 4,472.39 to 4,515 · ★★★ 7.8/10 STRONG RESISTANCE · 14 retests · the real ceiling and key bull-flip line · roughly +123 to +166 pts ▪️ 4,555 to 4,595 · Bear Liquidity Cluster [POWER 6/10 · 5.31% · 2265 pips] · overhead sell-side pool · roughly +206 to +246 pts ▪️ 4,635 to 4,675 · ★ 4.5/10 WEAK RESISTANCE · 14 retests · upper cap into the bear cluster · roughly +286 to +326 pts ▪️ 4,675 to 4,720 · Bear Liquidity Cluster [POWER 7/10 · 8.06% · 3507 pips] · top-of-range stop pool, last week's rejection high · roughly +326 to +371 pts

🟢 FLOOR · demand and buy-side liquidity ▪️ 4,241.88 to 4,275 · ★★★★ 8.3/10 VERY STRONG SUPPORT · 12 retests · primary reversal-long, nearest high-value demand · roughly -74 to -107 pts ▪️ 4,096.20 to 4,125 · Bull Liquidity Cluster [POWER 8/10 · 5.58% · 2429 pips] overlapping ★★ 6.7/10 MODERATE SUPPORT · 18 retests · deeper magnet · roughly -224 to -253 pts ▪️ 3,985 to 4,025 · ★★ 6.8/10 MODERATE SUPPORT · 16 retests · pool under the mid clusters · roughly -324 to -364 pts ▪️ 3,945 to 3,985 · Bull Liquidity Cluster [POWER 8/10 · 8.75% · 3806 pips] · deepest floor and range low · roughly -364 to -404 pts

▪️ ORDER FLOW / ZONE MAP ▪️ Overhead: 4.7/10 lid at 4,357.41 to 4,426.92 → 7.8/10 STRONG at 4,472.39 to 4,515 → Bear Cluster 6/10 at 4,555 to 4,595 → 4.5/10 weak at 4,646.75 → Bear Cluster 7/10 at 4,675 to 4,720. The bounce has weak caps first, but the 7.8 STRONG wall is where real sellers sit; that is the level a bull recovery has to clear and hold. ▪️ Below: 8.3/10 VERY STRONG at 4,241.88 to 4,275 → Bull Cluster POWER 8/10 plus 6.7/10 moderate at 4,096.20 to 4,125 → 6.8/10 moderate at 3,985 to 4,025 → Bull Cluster POWER 8/10 · 8.75% at 3,945 to 3,985. The demand stack is the heaviest structure on the board — two POWER 8/10 clusters and three graded supports cushioning every dip.

🔍 SCENARIO PATH ▪️ Relief pop / liquidity grab: push off the lid up into the 4.7 zone or the 7.8 STRONG wall at 4,472–4,515 to run stops and fill the selloff — treat as a lower high unless reclaimed. ▪️ Reversal: reject the caps, print the lower high, roll back down. ▪️ Down rotation (dominant): drive into the 8.3/10 VERY STRONG SUPPORT at 4,241.88 to 4,275 where the primary long fires, with 4,311.68 as the mid waypoint. ▪️ Bounce / reversal: lift off 4,241–4,275 back toward the 4.7 lid and the 4,472–4,515 wall. ▪️ Deeper flush if 4,241 fails: the POWER 8/10 cluster plus 6.7/10 moderate at 4,096.20 to 4,125 becomes the magnet, with 4,207 and 4,174 as waypoints, then 3,985–4,025 and the 8.75% cluster at 3,945–3,985 as the last floor. ▪️ Bull invalidation / continuation: a clean reclaim and hold above the 7.8 STRONG at 4,472–4,515 negates the rotation and reopens the 4,646.75 cap and fresh highs.

⚠️ MACRO CATALYST · FOMC this week ▪️ The Fed decision lands Wednesday, Sep 16 at 2:00 PM ET, with a fresh Summary of Economic Projections and dot plot — a high-volatility, whipsaw-prone release. Unusually, the market is leaning toward a possible 25bp HIKE (odds have swung around the ~60% area after hot August PPI and firm jobs data), not a cut. A hike or hawkish dot plot lifts real yields and the dollar and pressures gold — that fuels the red rotation into 4,241–4,275 and, on a break, the deeper clusters. A dovish surprise (hold with a soft path) does the opposite: it can squeeze the whole resistance stack, reclaim 4,515 and reopen the highs. Expect erratic spikes into and just after the print — the reaction, not the headline, sets the next leg. Size down and let the level confirm before committing.

🔒 Levels and paths from the zone model. No signals, no repaint, a scenario, not a promise. Not financial advice — the Fed print can override any technical level in seconds.
