Not sure I'm seeing a target in there (- if this is not a trend-continuation or trend following strategy.) I'm not saying there has to be a target. What's your reasoning for probability south on the 1H time frame?
In an alternative perspective, I see flagging on between 1230 and 1221, a strong zone of support around 1221 and a recent trend breakout of the 4H.
