As you can see, gold broke the red channel, but the green channel has not broken yet. If we consider wave 3 as a wide wave, wave 4 will form wave 5 after the price hits the bottom of the green channel. This wave will probably not go more than 0.38 (from the beginning of wave 1 to the end of wave 3). But if the green channel is broken, this analysis becomes invalid and the blue analysis becomes valid.
