BUT because of that 24 and because of the transition cycling ( you see what happens when there is the cycling in my previous ideas ) it gave a buy bias.
But the concern is timing. Transitions have them.
Because of the timing in this move up phase to phase rules are broken, so my bet is on another sharp and volatile move down.
