Gold is currently trading near an important decision zone after a strong bullish move. Price has recently pulled back from the highs and is now testing a key support.
Bearish Scenario:
If the 1-hour candle closes below 4400 and price breaks this support, selling pressure may increase. In that case, gold could move lower toward the next support levels near 4380–4350. This would indicate a short-term correction after the recent rally.
Bullish Scenario:
If 4400 holds as strong support and buyers step in, gold may resume its upward trend. A successful bounce from this zone could push price back above 4420–4450, and further strength may open the way toward higher resistance levels around 4470 and above.
