The inabilitt of Gold to break the barrier to the upside for over 2 weeks, the gap at 1768 area, and the stop loss hunting combined indicates that gold will make a low to high liquidity zone in that area before making it to 1900's.
My suggestion, open microlots, if equity isn't the issue then dont use SL's because you're surely going to hit it before it takes to the 1900s.
1.Inflation is official and is here to stay. 2. Bonds are losing attraction because of the anticipation of rising interest rates sooner than we expect. 3. Sell offs just started in the stock market... more like this wasnt even the tip of the iceberg.
All indicates negative sentiments and the investor's emracing of safe heaven and inflation hedge, the gold.
Having said that, the gold is still due for one round to 1700's area before the all times high, imho.
