XAUUSD Bullish Reversal from Order Block

XAUUSD is showing signs of a potential bullish recovery after reacting from a well-defined demand area. The chart highlights a liquidity sweep below recent lows, followed by a Change of Character (CHoCH), suggesting that short-term market structure may be shifting in favor of buyers.

Price has also reclaimed an order block, indicating that buyers are defending this zone. If the market continues to hold above this area, a pullback into the order block could provide confirmation for further upside. The projected path suggests a possible continuation toward the marked resistance zone.

The Fair Value Gap (FVG) shown earlier on the chart acted as an area of imbalance where sellers previously entered the market. After filling part of that imbalance and sweeping liquidity, the current reaction from demand increases the probability of a bullish continuation. However, this idea remains valid only while price respects the highlighted order block. A sustained move below the marked stop-loss level would weaken the current bullish structure.
