@veta, it assists you as a trader giving clear buy and sell zones wether you trade 1D, 4h, 1h, 15m or 1m.

Accurately defines where price will face support and resistance by combining multiple timeframes of extremes in one.

In this case, weekly, daily and 4h sell at 7500.

So in short, yes it picks bottoms and tops.
