Target 1: 10500-13500 First / second EW was 45 days. Presumably, its start of third wave, it will take about 45-60 days to get 10.5k to 13.5. I am more inclined to 13k range as wave 2 retraced below .786. next sec meeting is I guess on sep 30, that makes it inline with same date range.
