XBTUSD Is this bearflag ? for BITMEX:XBTUSD.P by micokel

I'm not pretty sure, but looking to this chart I'm not comfortable about a break up in this stage. When this BTCUSD plays out in TA a further decline is around the corner before end of year. This is only my thought and not an advise!!!
