Look at the fractal symmetry of the break. I can overlay the flipped bar pattern ***perfectly*** over price action and it IS the same move flipped! To those new or ignorant to the art of fractals- these are observations over long periods of time with a large enough sample size you cannot dispute that the fractal school kind of TA is pure BS...

Sweet so we have a fractal? is it a blue print for what is to come? I have no idea but if I was scalping on the 3 min I would not ignore a 30 min HTF bias of symmetry.
