After monitoring the charts, and trying to figure out what impact the Binance News have had, and trying to figure out, what the Whales want, D4 believes that we will continue up!
Once again D4 is choosing to be a contrarian to the market, which I really like and have had succes with this year - you can see on the Long vs Short indicator, how we now how more Shorts than Longs.
Mixed Signals
On on hand we have some bearish signals. The RSI is pretty high, and the bulls are starting lose momentum, which is somehthing I will not put too much weight on, hence we are in a consolidation phase inside a pennant.
On the bullish side, the structure it self is really bullish with a steep uptrend followed by a pennant, which usually will give us another steep uptrend.
If we should drop we have a potential Cup and Handle pattern which will be in play, and extremely beautiful support at the end of the 70 % value area. The conservative play would be to wait for a retracement down in that area, but hey, here comes the psychological game in to place.
D4 Knows More about Market Psychology Than Anybody Else
We are back to the many Shorts - and that is just something that the Whales love. Its just bait for whales. To go straight up and KILL the shorts, no retracement and just a push! Its pretty easy, also when the bullish structure give us that opportunity.
So D4 is LONG - the 2 Lines are most likely possibilities!
