Catapult looks like postponed, but is developed deeper to be sure, that there's no bugs. But COMSA is coming. Please all, that are intrested with XEM check whitepaper of COMSA on comsa.io, and think how this ICO could impact the price of XEM in the future.

COMSA is an ICO proposed by Tech Beureau (Takao Asayama) involved in creating Mijin (based on NEM blockchain technology), and this Tech Bureau is connected with NEM Foundation (Takao Asayama has his seat in this Foundation as i remember). For me Tech Bureau and ZAIF (exchange owned by this entity) are legit. Now i read carefully whitepaper of COMSA, but in short words - looks good for me. This ICO should give boost to recognizing of NEM Blockchain (still not good eneugh recognized, that we see in prices and overall capitalization of this project in comparison to Ethereum or Ripple), and could help utilize carefully created Catapult by NEM devs (postponed, but i hope will be ready for Mijin testing, and then utilized with COMSA in 2018). There is much time now to read whitepaper and question about it on forum.nem.io or on bitcointalk in NEMs thread. This ICO starts 2.10.2017, ends 6.11.2017. I plan to invest in COMSA tokens, but must research deeper. I trust this people, but also i check what i can:)
