I think it's a matter of time. Many indicators show a reversal to a short term upward movement
On the weekly: Reversal candlestick week of the 11th Feb, plus using ichimoku : far from TS and KS lines
On the daily : a cross between TS & KS just happened, and we see the stoch RSI giving us some room for an upward move and about to cross.
Might be wrong and I am ok with that, but IMO many signals flashing a bull situation.

@DiooTang Excavo perdicted 0.00002694 and it didn't happen, it was plainly a dump analysis, but will it go up in future for some other reasons? possible, but has nothing to do with this analysis. also the author of this idea had never said a word about ichi, so its not relevant to discuss it here.
